Mr Gulliver possesses a substantial collection of motorcycles that he maintains and stores in the attached garage of the property.

As he is finding it more difficult to work on the motorcycles due to the limited space available within the garage, in making this submission Mr Gulliver intends to provide a more spacious workspace and storage area for his collection, thereby returning the attached garage back to its original purpose.
