## Planning Statement

We are submitting a planning application for a front door and replacement windows at 10 Stanley Road, Peel, IM5 1NX.

We have recently sold the property and this is an application for retrospective planning.

The application is for:

- A front door to replace a very old door which we are unable to open in the summer without throwing cold water on it from the inside. It's the only door to and from the property.

- First floor bedroom: 2 x windows with acoustic glass to reduce excessive street noise.

- Bathroom patio doors at the rear to replace swollen wooden ones.

- An escape window on the second floor landing for fire safety reasons.

All the replacement windows are within the same appertures.
