# CON Consultation 1 Highways

Helen, Dawn From the Planning List 27 January 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, there are no planning application with highway related impacts and subject to a separate response. The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

-  22/01550/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the provision of an electric vehicle charging point to aide Active Travel and net zero objectives. Additionally, to consider widening the access to facilitate more convenient manoeuvres for which a separate permission from Highway service will be necessary under a s109(A) Highway Agreement.
-  22/01552/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.

The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for any equipment and materials to be placed within the highway for the duration of the proposed works.
