# CON CONSULTATION1 Highways

Helen, Dawn Please see below: From the Planning List 5 August 2022, there is no Highways HDC interest (NHI) in:

-  22/00784/CON
-  22/00842/B
-  22/00853/B
-  22/00869/CON
-  22/00911/CON
-  22/00927/B
-  22/00954/GB
-  22/00955/CON

The following on 5 August 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:

-  22/00615/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00783/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00786/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00850/B – Whilst the cycle parking storage is less than expected at one per apartment rather than one per bedroom, there is little additional space to provide extra places and needs to be balance with the requirements of waste collection. The cycle parking type must be ‘Sheffield’, semi-vertical or vertical with gas assistance. No butterfly wall mounted versions are acceptable due to the inability to support both wheels. Accordingly, after reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00855/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00872/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The proposed double garage should have internal dimensions of 6 x 6m, but as drawn is adequate for smaller cars and the storage of bicycles and other items on accepting less space for door openings etc.
-  22/00880/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00908/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking storage.

-  22/00915/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00918/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking storage.
-  22/00953/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00967/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider revision to any s4 Highway Agreement.
