-  22/00811/B

The following on 1 July 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:

-  22/00696/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00707/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for use of the highway during works for equipment and materials in particular to strengthen the dropped crossing of the footway and protect the tactile paving.
-  22/00725/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider separate car parking provision for the holiday lets or designating spaces for such to ensure availability to such clients; although shared use could be sufficient, plus to consider the provision for bicycle parking and an electric vehicle charging point.
-  22/00735/B -After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the installation of bicycle parking storage and an electric vehicle charging point.
-  22/00744/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
-  22/00748/GB - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
