“Highways Development Control notes the contents of this application. After reviewing this Application, Highway Services, HDC, finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking and recommends no opposition to it. An inspection based s109(A) Highway Agreement may be necessary on construction.”
