Hello

Please find below a further response from Highways DC:

“Highways Development Control notes the amendments uploaded on 19 July 2022. The revised driveway length and width satisfy highway requirements at 6.0m and 3.4m respectively. Surface water drainage arrangements are noted. The provision of an ECVP is welcomed.

As revised, the proposal raises no significant road safety or network functionality issues. Accordingly, HDC raises no opposition subject to a condition for the revised access and internal layout to accord with Drawing 100 Rev A. The Applicant is advised of the need for a s109(A) Highway Agreement with Highways for extending the dropped crossing.”
