Dear Sirs The following application has been considered by the Commissioners:

21/01271/B - 1 Church Close Lonan Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7JY. Erection of detached garage.

Members noted that the proposed garage was at the front of the property beyond the current building line. It was felt that the garage would impact inappropriately on the site and would be contrary to the character of this modern housing estate on which development at the front of properties is generally presumed against.
