Appendix A: See Drawings JTM2119-P-01 & JTM2119-P-03

- 1. Demolition of Existing Garage: The existing garage is too small for a modern vehicle and will be replaced with a larger garage with for two cars, electric charging points, bin and bicycle storage.
- 2 & 3. Some reconfiguration will be undertaken to ensure that the rear and side walls can accommodate the new flat roof.

- 4. Existing WC & Utility Annex to be demolishd and rear wall opened to provide extra internal living space and angled wall to be removed.
