Please find below a further response from Highways DC:

“Highways Development Control notes the additional information and amendments uploaded on 8 December 2021. Given the narrowness of both the track and garage rendering impractical use as well as identification of the car parking area on adjacent land satisfying the car parking arrangements, HDC continues to not oppose this proposal. Additionally, on review the installation of an electric vehicle charging point would be inappropriate, but the Applicant should consider the provision of bicycle parking at the property to meet sustainable travel objectives.”
