The comment stated; The proposed development is adjacent to my property and I would like to raise the following items for consideration:

- (i) There is a requirement for the continuation of parking a vehicle outside of my property for a householder who is registered as a disabled person. This parking area is located within the 25 metre visibility zone as shown on the map within the planning proposal;
- (ii) The restricted width of Westbourne Close together with the parking of private vehicles on both sides of the road may cause access issues for construction vehicles, particularly around the entrance and exit to the development area;
- (iii) The excavation and construction smells and fumes may be a nuisance to my household, who live/work within the property all day, whilst works are in progress;
- (iv) Consideration must be given to engaging with Ramsey Town Commissioners (RTC) for the continual collection of refuse from the location within the entrance and exit of the development area. The current location may still be possible , but confirmation from RTC would be appropriate. Engagement with households who deposit their refuse bins for collection in this

### location must be notified, if RTC wish to amend the collection point during the construction works. Relationship to site: Immediately adjacent to the site
