## RE: Replacement Windows and Fencing at 6 Albany Street, Douglas, IM2 3LE

We wish to apply for full detailed planning approval for the above on behalf of our Client, Mr Charles Kennish.

In support of this application, we enclose copies of the following documents:

- Drawing No: P.2238-PA/01 Location Map, Block Plan and Record Photographs
- Drawing No: P.2238-PA/02 Elevations and Rear Yard Plan As Existing
- Drawing No: P.2238-PA/03 Proposed Elevations and Rear Yard Plan

The dwelling has recently suffered significant fire damage and requires remedial works to rectify elements that have been either damaged by the fire itself, or have deteriorated because of water damage caused during the extinguishing of the fire.

We have based the fee for this application on the Town and Country Planning (Application and Appeal Fees) Order 2021 – Part 2, full application for approval of building, rebuilding, engineering, mining or other operations for (b) a development relating to a residential unit or within the curtilage where — (i) no floor space is to be created by the development - £110.00. Can you please contact our office directly to arrange payment of the application fee.
