01.07.2021 After reviewing this Application, Highway Services find it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network efficiency and /or parking and on repeating conditions 2 and 3 of PA19/00960/B. Additionally, the Applicant be advised to consider within the proposed garage the provision of bicycle parking and an electric vehicle charging point. A separate technical review as part of a s109(A) Highway Agreement applies for the proposed access after grant of planning consent.
