## Approval To Letting Pursuant To Section 2 (1) Of The Agricultural Holdings Act 1969

An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry under Section 2(1) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1969 by Mr Richard James Morris of Ardwhallin House, West Baldwin, Braddan, IM4 5EU for approval of a letting to occupy fields O.S. Ref Nos. 362 and 518 situated in the Parish of Braddan approximating to 7.915 acres (as outlined in red on the enclosed map) to Mr Daniel Corrin Creer, of Coolingel, Crosby for use as agricultural land for a fixed and limited period commencing on 14th March, 2000 and ending on 11th November, 2000.

It appears that during the period of the proposed letting the land is to be used as agricultural land.

It also appears that the letting will not be made in contemplation of the use only for grazing or mowing of the land during some period of the year.

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry hereby approves the proposed letting.
