Hi Charles,

It appears that the location I was reviewing was in the wrong location. Taking into account the attached location, then HDC would now not oppose the proposals/details contained in the 26/10033/AIR application. Hi Charles, Would you mind just checking with Highways that they understand that the development is ~300m from the highway (from the B44) accessed via a permitteduse unmade lane not in the applicant's ownership. I would understand entirely if the development had a direct connection to the highway network, as it could risk chippings getting onto the highway, but it egresses onto a farmyard at the end of the lane. The w3w location is ///gals.saucepan.audible I have attached the location plan from 2400810B showing the landownership and the distance from the highway. Thanks, Steve

Good afternoon Steve Please see the comments from DOI Highways. I have already consulted MUA drainage of 26/10046/AIR, but have now added Highways Drainage to the list of consultees.

Kind regards

Hello,

Highway Services HDC have reviewed the information for the below condition discharge applications online and can comment that HDC have no highway interest (NHI), do not oppose (DNO) or oppose (O) in the following applications:

26/10033/AIR – Currently oppose, the first 5m of surface material from the highway for ‘J’ area on the plan should be bound and consolidated material and not loose material like gravel. Plan should be clarified and amended as necessary.

Kind Regards,

Richard Webster l Senior Highways Development Engineer Highway Services l Department of Infrastructure
