With regard to PA 26/10046/AIR please note that if the effluent from the Klargester
biodisc is discharged into a field drain the applicants will need to contact the
Environmental Protection Unit regarding a discharge license application. The use of a full
soak-away is preferred subject to suitable percolation tests as per Building Control
guidance.
