Dear Planning

The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning appeal:

AP26/0008 East View, Sulby Bridge Erection of two semi-detached dwellings in place of existing detached dwelling (25/90189/B)

The Commissioners query why a demolition notice has been issued, PA25/90974/B, while an appeal against planning approval has been lodged.

They continue to argue that two properties is over-development of the site. They would prefer to see one dwelling replacing the original on the same footprint as now. This is particularly because the proposed two dwellings would suit growing families which may eventually lead to an increase in the number of vehicles per household and insufficient space to park them off-road.

Yours sincerely

Lynn Smith
