In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Crellin, Ref 25/90890/MCH, for the Minor change to 24/91280/B (Erection of a rear extension with roof terrace) reduction of floor area, removal of balustrade, removal of access steps at Shearwater Andreas Road Dhoor Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 4EB .
