TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mark Pearce, Ref 25/10136/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 14 of PA 23/00388/B detailing surface water drainage plan at Field 612727 Baldrine Road Baldrine Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the document and drawing no. 22/3178/P/04 J, which have been received on 31st October 2025 and Management Plan which has been received on 21st November 2025.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 14 of application 25/90430/B and AP24/0052 , under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
