- Areas to the East and West of the existing farm track are covered in dense scrub and/or steep sloping treed ground.
- The dense scrub and steep sloping ground will act as a natural barrier to protect trees and sensitive woodland habitats.
- The containers will be brought into site and placed in their final position using a wagon with hiab, and a telehandler confined to the existing farm track and container footprint.
- No vehicles or machinery will be operated outside of the area identified as existing farm track or container footprint.
- No materials, vehicles or machinery will be stored outside of the area identified as existing farm track or container footprint.
- Installation of the containers will be overseen by Ben Brooker to ensure construction exclusion zones are maintained.

Figure 1 below shows the existing farm track, dense scrub and steep sloping ground.
