The Commissioners have no new comments to make but would like to re-state their position in which they resolved to OBJECT to the application on the following grounds: - • They still have concerns regarding the access onto and off the busy main road from the increase in traffic that would result from the proposed industrial units on the site, as mentioned in their letters of 16 October 2025 and 21 August 2025 - • The objections in their letter of 25 May 2025 still stand - • The objections in their letter of 21 September 2023 still stand The Commissioners trust that this is helpful.
