Rocky Mount is not a registered title with the Land Registry. Following the death of in 2023 probate was granted to . I do not know who is the legal owner of Rocky Mount.

I wish to make clear that the boundaries edged in blue on the site and location plan drawn by the agent BRW 25/11/01 are incorrect in places.

Please refer to my title plan to show the correct boundary.
