# Ultraroof Building Regulations Statement

## Purpose of this document

The Ultraroof has been used in the domestic home improvement market for the past 8 years. In the past customers have used the services provided by JHAI and the LABC to ensure compliance with building regulations. The product has been assessed by both of these organisations as compliant with building regulations. Recently the LABC has withdrawn
