# Planning Officer Rebuttal Email

Good Afternoon, I hope you are well, please take the following email as my rebuttal for the above application. With regards to my Statement of Case, I state in part 2.4 that the weight was given to the Area Plan for the South, this is incorrect and it should state Area Plan for the East. With regards to the statement provided by the applicant part 6.2.3 states that they would be using the agricultural building for the welfare of animals. Several parts of their application states that they would not be using the agricultural building for the housing of animals and the agricultural barn itself does not provide suitable internals/ ventilation for the housing of animals. If the applicants want to have internal arrangements for animals this would not alter my recommendation.
