Afternoon Paul Yes of course – I should have specified the reason in line with the DPO, but ran out of space on the form ! The application was considered & approved with 2 first floor windows to serve the rear facing bedrooms.

It was the applicants preference to have larger glazed areas, the aperture width remained as approved, only the sill height was reduced to floor level. In the interest’s of privacy a Juliet style guarding is proposed using frosted glass – therefore the visible glazed area will broadly remain as approved.

Due to these points, it is considered a minor change to the approval – submitted in line with communication with Richard Kneen, Senior Planing Enforcement officer.

Trusting the above covers the ‘minor change’ applied for. Best regards

Good afternoon Martyn, Thank you for the received application. In addition to the specified minor changes you also need to confirm why these changes are to be considered to be of a minor nature. This is a requirement for Minor Change applications in the Development Procedure Order. This can be emailed to me for inclusion with the rest of the application content. Regards
