In accordance with Article 10(2)(e) of the above Order, the person appointed by the Council of Ministers to consider this application has submitted his report. In further accordance with Article 10(3)(a) a copy of the appointed persons report is herewith enclosed.

On the 12th September 2013, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to the conditions specified below.

### Conditions Of Approval:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the alterations to the existing railway station building and land surrounding as shown on Drawing Nos. 01, PO-1A, PO-2, PO-3, PO-4, PO-5, PO-7, PO-8 and PO-9 (all received on 13 May 2013) and Drawing Nos. PO-6A and P-10 (both received on 15 July 2013), and the development must be undertaken in accordance with these drawings.

3. Prior to the construction of any new walling or roofing or paving, samples of the walling, roofing and paving materials must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The development shall be undertaken using materials in accordance with the approved samples. Any brickwork and roof tiling must match the existing brickwork and tiling as closely as is practicable.

4. Prior to the construction of the "new sculpted stone seating", further details of that seating must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority, and the seating shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to the overall scheme being brought into use.
