### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no.s P026-01, P026-03, P026-07, P026-08, P026-10, P026-101, P026-102, P026-103, P026-104, P026-105, P026-106, P026-201, P026-202, P026-203, P026-204, P026-205, P026-206, P026-301, P026-302, P026-303, P026-304, P026-305 and P026-306 date stamped the 14th April 2011.

3. Prior to the commencement of development a detailed scheme of landscaping setting out and potentially expanding on the landscaping shown on drawing no. P026-10 must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.

4. Prior to the commencement of development details of the surface water attenuation scheme (reed bed system) must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
