1. The creation of a detached garage block of this size, scale and siting has a detrimental impact upon the visual amenities of the area contrary to General Policy 3 and Environmental Policies 1 & 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan. ☑

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
