In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to Helen Ainsworth for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 16th February 2011.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for:

#### Erection of advertising signage (in association with 11/00059CON).

The site for positioning the advert is:

#### 18a-20 Victoria Street & 41-45 Duke Street Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2LE

The conditions for such placement are:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of advertising signage, as shown in the site/location plan, the photographs of the existing signage on the building, the photograph of an existing Harmony Homes frontage and the detailed drawing of the proposed signage, all date stamped 14 January 2011.

3. This approval does not include the change of use to office/estate agency with internal alterations, which is subject to a separate application.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
