# Planning Report and Recommendations

## Continuation Sheet **APPLICATION No. 03.11.65** **Page of** **Revised 5-12-03** To **proposed development precludes** **pedestrian access to the rear of** **one 5-10 Cree Rosier Fountain Park**. It is considered that the loss of access which would necessitate the removal of **some** **of** **other** **from** **the rear through** **the dwellings** **would** **be committed to the residential** **ability of occupier of those** **dwellings.** **DOD** **within one month of the date of** **this decision** **the** **sales** **have** **be removed** **at the** **land** **reinstalled.** **Attle** **21/10/02** This retrospective application seems operational for the incorporation within the rear gardens of 5-10 Close Fusion Costroton of a lane that runs to the rear of those properties. The applicants - Castrotonin Commissioner advise that the science will assist with privacy & security for occupiers however 2 of those occupiers object to the development. In general, with a new terrace of properties, it is advisable to maintain access to the rear & the proposal would preclude such access, I would be more received refusal. Signed F. Helle Date 21/10/05 [Table omitted in markdown export]
