1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers SC740/P/10-01; 02, submitted and date stamped as part of this application.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.

NOTE The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2 .

The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. Telephone 686665 .
