The proposed surface water discharge to the watercourse must be via a spillsay; the applicant is advised to contact the Drawing Division with regard to the closing of such a spillway.

The use of the unit now has been approved, as expected, to any industrial process only.

Prior to the occupation of the unit, the car parking & loading area must be laid out, and available for that purpose.

#### Notes

1. It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.

2. The necessary permission must be obtained from the landowner for the discharge of surface water into the watercourse (including the construction of the spillway).

3. Existing foul and surface water drains cross the proposed development site; the applicant is advised to consult with the Division regarding the abandoning of these prior to works commencing on site.
