## The Town And Country Planning Act 1999

### The Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

TO: Kinrade Associates Limited, Stella Maris, Mountain Road, Ramsey, ISLE OF MAN, IM8 2JJ
[Copies as per Circulation List]

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr. and Mrs. E. Kinrade Conversion of existing garage/workshop into a dwelling, 25 Mines Road, Laxey, IM4 7NH, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing no. SM08/171/1 date-stamped the 18th August 2008.
3. The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer. NOTE: A Drainage Communication Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development.
4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
5. The window in the northern first floor elevation shall be obscurely glazed, and shall be side hung on its western edge.
