That approval was amended a number of times & has now resulted in the application now submitted. The previous application proposed a non traditional two story dwelling with accommodation in the root & basement. This current application proposes a non traditional dwelling on the site of the previous dwelling & proposed replacement. The proposed dwelling, arranged over three floors, with parking to the ground floor is a discharge & non traditional design which it is considered has regard to its mediate setting & the wider area.
