## Application No. 013/0018 Page of --- A limited application has been awarded, it is considered that the proposal does not accrue to persons for appeal in relation to PA 01/2226 namely, to proposed 4,462-222-2226 during would appear due at a 20% rate, and would result in developing a loss of privacy in neighboring properties. --- *FULL* 23/5/2018 This application follows PA 01/2226 on appeal when pension was refused for a dwelling on Plot II, Carrick Bay View, Colby. This application attempts to address the reasons for refusal, namely dominance, overpowering & overlooking impact on the dwelling neighboring properties. Whilst the proposal has been amended, it is considered that it fails to address the inspectors concussions that the developers should design a much smaller dwelling to overrule the objections.
