## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report **Site Visited** YES/NO 1. The site relates to the "old factory". The Clark, Ballough. 2. Additional information has been sought relating to access and condition of the buildings. 3. Additional information has finally been submitted to share details of the access and conduct of the buildings. I accept that the buildings could be renovatedטקתלמוגל, and which of the 3rd do not appeal to have been provided carvoly to advice contained with the letter dated 28th November 2003*. I do not agree with the highway Atchley's assessment that the access is unsound. While today may well increase it is judged that this would not be excessive.
