## Conditions Of Approval

2. This applicant relates to the conversion
of the building to residential purposes only.
No applicant is hereby granted to the
demolition and rebuilding of any part of
the structure other than the sides to the
roof specified in the letter dated 27th
November 2003.

3. The conversion must be sympathetic to
the character and appearance of the existing
building and comply with the provisions
of Planning Circular 3159 "Renovation
of Buildings in the Countryside".

4. The accommodation must be used in
assocation with the main house known
as "The Old Rectory" and must not be
sold off separately.

5. This applicant relates to the drawing submitted on
Dec 17, 12, 03. 23rd April 2003 and
drawing number 207211 and survey information
submitted on 28th November 2003.
