Re: PA08/00873/B Erection of extension, Ballakinnag House, Shore Road, Ballaugh, Isle of Man. Dear Mr. Johnstone, Please find a statement that sets out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.

The statement is comprised of two parts:

1. A copy of the Planning Officer's report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be approved. This was considered by the Director of Planning who agreed with the Officer's recommendation to approve the application. The application was approved 11th August 2008.

2. A copy of the decision notice for this planning application which was issued 13th August 2008.
