### Application Ref No: 03/01995/A On Review
1. It is considered that the proposed development on land not currently zoned within the adopted plan for the area, would be contrary to the well established policies in relation to new residential development in the countryside.
2. The proposed development, given its location outside a recognised settlement, would be unsustainable, given the absence of services within the area.
3. This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
