## Isle Of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982

TO: Ray Corkhill Services Limited, The Railway Inn, Union Mills, Braddan, Isle of Man.

In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by K. E. Clague - Additional use of holiday cottage to permanent accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling, The Old Barn to the rear of 40 Mount View Road, Sea View, 59 Governors Road, Onchan, subject to compliance with the following conditions -

1. This approval relates to the use of the unit as either tourist accommodation or accommodation ancillary to that available in the main dwelling and may not be let or rented out separately.
2. The unit may be used as permanent accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling for a period of 2 years from the date of this notice, after which this use must cease unless there is by that time a planning approval to continue such use.
