Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO The application is for the use of a semi-detached dwelling in Address for Holiday Letting Between the beginning of Easter and the end of September. The application is identical to 03/310, which was refused on the grounds of detriment to amenity. This application was allowed because the applicant did not exhaust all possibilities. I believe the application should be discussed before the planning committee - see recommendation. Signed A.
