# PA 03/1174 Approval Conditions

## Conditions of approval: PA 03/1174 – proposed road and drainage scheme, Slegaby, Onchan

1. S.C. 1 (4 years).

2. Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must have approved by the Committee a scheme demonstrating the provision of visibility splays onto Ballacottier Road. Also, in order to reduce the impact of what will be a very straight access road, the Committee would require that a curved alignment in the first part of the access road from the Ballacottier Road is provided so that the view for the passer-by is not straight up the new roadway. This scheme must also include the materials in which the roadway will be finished and details of the passing places referred to in the submitted plans.

3. This approval relates to the upgrading of the existing access track to provide access to the existing buildings, as shown in drawing reference 01/1894/R01 received on 27th August, 2003 and supplemented by the requirements outlined in condition 2 above.
