## Application No: 0659 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report **Site Visited** (YES/NO) The site is a field situated on the eastern side of the little Mill Road opposite a part of the area between the houses and the昇仙峒 and the Mill Road. There is a public footpath along along the southern boundary of the site. Proposed is the principle of "for the buyer's homes." The site is not designated for development on the General Road plan. Littermill Road is not suitable for additional traffic. The Roadside Footage contains a small number of sycomeres and graves at the southern end, located in the main house. Visibly for emerging areas, I expect these trees would need to be removed. There is no justification to set aside to look for new ground and the site must be subjectively reduced to a standard access or drainage - 100% no. **Signed** **37** **Date** 11/31/2021 **Summary of objections/views** The 100% of the area on this far. Local residents stop - access, zoning etc. Sometime only. Post a brief note about the area's narrow but tortuous - narrow and long trees. #### Recommendations **Approve/Refuse** This is an arbitrary site which is not designated for development on the local plan.
