1. The planning application contains no accurate drawings of what is proposed (what has been undertaken and what appears on site differ significantly from what has been undertaken on site to date).

2. The information given in the application gives no information about the material tipped, drainage formed through the site and the stability of the tipped material and as such it is not possible to fully assess the proposal.

3. The proposed contains no information about planting. The tipped material presently appears as an incongruous and matterable element is the landscape as viewed from the Glenmoor Loop Road and the max Electric Railway.
