1. Without prejudice to a subsequent planning application, the siting of a generator along the side of 1. Commerce House, underneath the existing air conditioning units, may be acceptable.

2. There are no records for planning approval for the addition of the air conditioning units to the side of 1. Commerce House. As the addition of these units required planning permission, a planning application to regularise the situation must be submitted within one month of the date of this decision becoming final.
