1. Neither the access track nor the junction of this track with Tromode Road are suitable for use by the traffic (including public service vehicles) which would be generated by the proposed development.
2. A new dwelling as indicated in the submitted application would be likely to result in the immediate or eventual loss of mature trees.
3. This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
