Approval has been granted for the replacement of these with the new roof, mostly styled houses with the only condition requiring care in maintaining the privacy and amenities of the adjacent property. Access, turning, landscaping, and design will also be referred to. The position of the new houses is acceptable and both have a wing and parking facilities in accordance with DOT standards. The new houses are attractive if all the wide and this combined with 2.7m ceiling heights and a steeply pitched roof tend to subways which look too tall.
