### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the change of use of the Ballacallin Hotel to form a private residence as shown by the plans and information 751.08, 129.12.00, 130.1.98 and 131.2.98 all received 6th August 2008.

3. The building may be used only as a single dwelling.

4. Prior to any development taking place, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping for the existing hard-surfaced area to the front.
