(8) Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Dept details of a lifting barrier with skirting, so sited and designed as to mask the headlights of cars emerging from the ramp up from the car park; a barrier in accordance with the approved details must be in place before any of the flats are occupied or the car park is used as such.

(9) This approval relates to the drawings submitted initially (date-stamped 15.12.04) as amended by
(a) A016 date-stamped 2.8.05 showing an amended elevation to 14 Marathon Road; and
(b) A001, A013, and NE 79995NEC41 date-stamped 2.11.05, showing, inter alia,

a revised parking layout including spaces for disabled drivers, a vehicle lay-by on Prince's Road, and re-location of the refuse store.
