1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 03/14/01 and 03/14/02 and the site plan submitted on 3rd July 2003.

3. The additional accommodation must be used as residential living space only and not for commercial purposes.

4. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

**NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
